Overview

We’re recruiting on behalf of a reputable regional law firm. Are you a skilled Private Client Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE, looking to join a supportive and forward-thinking law firm? We are working with a respected legal practice in North Birmingham known for its long-standing client relationships and high-quality legal services, to recruit an experienced individual to join their Private Client department. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on an established caseload and be part of a growing team with a strong local presence and modern approach.

You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of private client matters, providing sensitive, high-quality legal advice to individuals and families. The role also offers the chance to support the firm’s continued growth and take an active role in client development.

Responsibilities
  • Advising on and drafting wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning strategies
  • Administering estates and handling probate matters
  • Trust creation and administration
  • Inheritance tax and succession planning
  • Managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and vulnerable clients
  • Supporting business development and community engagement activities
Requirements
  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in Private Client law
  • Strong technical knowledge across all areas of private client practice
  • Compassionate and professional approach with excellent client care skills
  • Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently
