Overview
  • Handle a varied caseload of private client work, including Will drafting, Powers of Attorney, and Estate Administration, with a strong focus on IHT/CGT planning for HNWIs
  • Manage complex family situations such as agricultural and farming estates and demonstrate full understanding of all relevant reliefs
  • Provide expertise in complex tax and estate planning, including trust creation and administration
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and professional contacts, maintaining high standards of service and empathy
  • Uphold and enhance the team’s reputation for technical excellence and compassionate client care
  • Lead and motivate the team, supporting professional development and fostering a positive, collaborative working environment
  • Manage team operations across multiple offices, ensuring continuity and alignment between fee earners and support staff
  • Demonstrate sound business development skills, maintaining and growing client relationships and networks
