Overview

Our client is a long established, well respected and fiercely independent insurance brokerage based in the Leeds area. They have fantastic modern offices with plenty of parking, conveniently located for buses and are able to offer hybrid working, currently 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

They have a brand new job opening available within their private client's team, dealing with a mix of general personal lines and some mid and high net worth clients, all connected to existing commercial insurance portfolios. In this role you will be broking new cases, making amendments to existing policies and marketing and negotiating renewals.

Some cases will be general household, motor and other connected private client products including travel, PA etc. There will also be an element of Medium and High Net worth clients including high value items, antiques, fine art, supercars etc.

Responsibilities

• Broking new cases, making amendments to existing policies and marketing and negotiating renewals.
• Handling a mix of general personal lines and some mid and high net worth clients connected to existing commercial insurance portfolios.
• Managing cases including general household, motor and other private client products (e.g., travel, personal accident).
• Working with Medium and High Net Worth clients including high value items, antiques, fine art, and supercars.

Qualifications

• Ideal applicants will have previous insurance experience, preferably broking or customer service working with private clients.
• Previous use of Acturis system would be very useful but is not essential as system training can be provided.
