• Experience in IAG or Careers Advice is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Accountable for professional development and training.

Responsibilities

• Manage a prisoner caseload, supporting personal and team targets.
• Record all interactions with prisoners on relevant Justice systems.
• Document advice and goals in an agreed Learning and Work Plan.
• Meet and strive to exceed personal performance targets.
• Work flexibly across different prisons to support continuity of service.
• Attend custody meetings and travel for CPD.
