Print & Mail Operative - Edinburgh - Shifts between 7am-6pm (37.5 hrs per week)

Our client, a leading Investment Management company based in Edinburgh, is looking for a skilled Print & Mail Operative to join their operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to work in a dynamic, client-focused environment, delivering high-quality print and mail services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a high-standard print and mail service that consistently meets SLAs and client specifications.
  • Operate a variety of digital print and finishing equipment, including: Canon V800, Canon T4100, Ideal guillotines, laminators, folders, creasers and comb/wire binding machines.
  • Completing all printing requests and ensuring all documents are quality checked.
  • Maintain printers and ensure sufficient stock of stationery and consumables at all times.
  • Support goods-in, mail handling, and courier processes, including operation of the Quadient franking machine and X-ray machine.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries, requests, and complaints, maintaining a strong customer-focused approach.
Ideally you will have:
  • Previous experience in a print and mailroom environment is essential.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
