Qualifications

• Previous operation of print finishing machinery required.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety protocols essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct job is on the machine - code/version etc.
• Monitor and maintain quality of work produced.
• Make adjustments to maintain quality and output.
• Maintain optimum machine output speed.
• Utilize machine staff efficiently.
• Complete all documentation as required by ISO 9001.
• Communicate relevant information to subsequent shifts.
• Report breakdowns or abnormalities immediately.
• Ensure familiarity with Health & Safety procedures.
• Leave the machine in a safe and tidy condition.
• Provide coaching and guidance where required.
• Carry out daily and monthly preventative maintenance.

Pin Point Recruitment are looking for a for a manufacturing company based in Dagenham.

Job Role

• Ensuring correct job is on the machine - code/version etc.
• To monitor and maintain quality of work produced.
• Make adjustments to maintain quality and output.
• To maintain optimum machine output speed.
• To efficiently utilise any machine staff provided for you.
• To complete all documentation as required by ISO 9001.
• To pass on all relevant information to subsequent shifts.
• To report breakdowns or abnormalities immediately.
• To be fully conversant with all applicable Health & Safety procedures.
• To leave the machine in a safe and tidy condition.
• Give coaching and guidance where required.
• Ensure daily and monthly preventative maintenance is carried out and relative forms are completed.

Hours

• 6pm - 6am
• 42 hours a week
• Shifts to be discussed at interview
• Will include 1 in every 2 weekends
