Senior Recruiter – Financial Risk Recruitment (Hybrid, 40% Commission), London (1 day in office per week)
Are you a driven recruitment professional with a deep understanding of financial risk markets and a passion for high-performance sales? A leading specialist recruitment business is seeking an ambitious Senior Recruiter to join its growing Risk Recruitment desk, delivering bespoke talent solutions to financial services clients across the UK, Europe, and beyond.
This is a key revenue-generating role for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, owning the full recruitment cycle, and consistently hitting and exceeding targets. You’ll work within a specialist risk team that recruits across Operational, Credit, Market, Prudential, Climate and Quantitative Risk, permanent and contract, for top-tier banks, asset managers, fintechs, insurers and consultancies.
You will be expected to leverage your financial risk recruitment expertise and market intel to sell in assignments, close deals, and deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
