Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and optimization of epitaxial growth processes, focusing on Indium Phosphide (InP) materials for photonics applications.
  • Collaborate with teams to pioneer techniques for wafer growth, ensuring high material quality and uniformity.
  • Work closely with photonics device design teams to tailor epitaxial layers for optimal device performance.
  • Establish and manage robust quality control protocols while overseeing material characterization for wafers.
  • Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering expertise in epitaxial growth methods and photonics.
  • Manage and direct R&D projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry standards, and advancements in epitaxial growth.
Required Qualifications
  • Ph.D. degree in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
