Job summary

A leading health care provider in Thatcham is seeking a dedicated Clinical/Forensic Psychologist to join their team. The ideal candidate must be registered with HCPC, and have experience with clients with complex needs. Qualifications

  • Experience working with complex service-users.
  • Ability to manage a caseload autonomously.
  • Clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload with complex service-users.
  • Participate in clinical and service development meetings.
  • Provide long & short-term work and clinical assessments.
  • Conduct individual and group work with patients.
  • Maintain clinical supervision and line management.

Skills

Experience with clients with complex needs
Competency in psychological assessment
Competency in risk assessment/management
Experience using CBT and/or other psychological models
Awareness of various modalities

Education

Registered with HCPC
BPS accredited and Chartered Member
