Experience required…
Essential :
- Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related discipline
- Strong knowledge of Eurocodes, DMRB, CDM 2015, and Construction Health & Safety legislation.
- Experience in producing and managing scheme deliverables including PCI packs, BoQs, scheme specifications using the MCHW and health and safety files.
- Proven experience in bridge design, assessment, inspection, and maintenance.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and delivering projects to time and budget.
- Good working knowledge of the NEC form of contracts.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and mentoring junior engineers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports, proposals, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and local authorities.
Desirable :
- Chartered Engineer status (CEng) with ICE or equivalent.
- Experience with BIM, structural analysis software, and digital inspection tools.
