Experience required…

Essential :
  • Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of Eurocodes, DMRB, CDM 2015, and Construction Health & Safety legislation.
  • Experience in producing and managing scheme deliverables including PCI packs, BoQs, scheme specifications using the MCHW and health and safety files.
  • Proven experience in bridge design, assessment, inspection, and maintenance.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams and delivering projects to time and budget.
  • Good working knowledge of the NEC form of contracts.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and mentoring junior engineers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports, proposals, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and local authorities.
Desirable :
  • Chartered Engineer status (CEng) with ICE or equivalent.
  • Experience with BIM, structural analysis software, and digital inspection tools.
