A leading international law firm is looking to hire a Senior/Principal Associate to join its expanding Real Estate Finance team in London.

You’ll work on a broad range of UK and cross-border real estate financings, advising lenders and sponsors on high-value, complex transactions across sectors including living, hotels, logistics, social housing and major regeneration projects.

The role will suit lawyers with:

• Strong experience in real estate finance
• Drafting and negotiating LMA-style facilities, security, intercreditors and guarantees
• Confident project management of CP processes
• Commercial mindset and collaborative approach (International experience welcomed, but not essential)
