North Tyneside's Finance team is seeking a Principal Accountant to act as a finance business partner, providing financial insights, analysis, and strategic guidance to support decision-making within the Authority. The role reports to the Finance Manager as part of the finance leadership team and provides finance leadership and planning to assist the Authority's Section 151 Officer and Head of Finance in delivering statutory financial requirements. It involves senior-level professional advice and support to facilitate effective decision-making and to provide guidance to the Senior Leadership Team on financial matters.
