Overview

Qualified Primary teacher (Day to Day) & Long Term placements

Aspire people are on the hunt for enthusiastic, experienced Primary teachers to join our day-to-day supply team for Rochdale and the surrounding areas. Working as a day to day supply teacher will help build your experience across multiple classrooms and work with diverse schools. We also have multiple roles available with immediate starts for short & long term roles.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high quality teaching cover across a range of primary year groups and subjects
  • Follow lesson plans and instructions provided by the school, ensuring continuity in the students learning
  • Create a positive and supportive classroom environment for all students
  • Manage student behaviour and maintain discipline effectively and in accordance with school policies
What are we looking for?
  • Qualified Teacher status (QTS) or recognised equivalent
  • Experience working with primary aged students
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching and learning
  • Ability to adapt into different classroom environments when required and experience establishing rapport with students
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
