Year 4 Teacher - Heywood

As one of the fastest-growing agencies in the UK, Prospero Teaching are seeking a dedicated, reliable and enthusiastic teacher to support one of our partner primary schools in Heywood. The successful applicant will hold a teaching qualification with QTS and have previous experience teaching within KS2.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

• Location – Heywood
• Position – Year 4 Teacher
• Type of work – Long-term / full class teaching responsibility
• Start date – December 2025
• Contract type – Temporary
• Full time/part time – Full time
• Minimum rate of pay – £140 – £240 per day
• Hours – 8:30 am to 4 pm

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Teaching qualification with QTS
• Previous experience teaching in KS2
• Up-to-date safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable, though training can be provided)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or be willing to apply for a new one
