Overview

Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher with QTS looking for a role that fits your lifestyle, career goals, or next step in education? Strategy Education are expanding our supply team and would love to hear from enthusiastic teachers ready to make a positive impact in local schools. The roles available are for day-to-day supply cover and long term roles. We also help people into permanent positions. You must either have QTS or QTLS with SET Membership.

Who we’re looking for

• Currently working in a school, but seeking a new permanent or long-term position from January 2026
• Currently working part-time and looking for additional days of teaching to fit around your current job
• Currently out of work and hoping to return to the classroom as soon as possible
• Considering your options and currently looking for flexible day-to-day supply work before committing to a long-term/permanent role
• Considering a new challenge working with children with special educational needs
• Secondary trained, but interested in working in primary education
