Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality classroom support across a variety of year groups
  • Deliver small-group activities, interventions and targeted support
  • Assist pupils with SEND, EAL and varying learning needs
  • Help create a calm, positive, and engaging learning environment
  • Support behaviour routines and encourage positive choices
  • Prepare learning materials and help set up classroom activities
  • Supervise pupils during transitions, breaks or lunchtime when required
  • Work closely with teachers to support lesson delivery and track pupil progress
  • Communicate effectively with staff to ensure pupil needs are met
Requirements
  • Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification
