An educational trust in Burton upon Trent is seeking a Primary (5-11) Programme Lead for a temporary maternity cover position. The ideal candidate will lead the Primary provision, working closely with local schools to ensure the success of trainee teachers. This role offers a salary of £36,920.40 - £38,814.60. Overview

Primary (5-11) Programme Lead (temporary maternity cover) – 0.6 FTE (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday).

Salary: L8-L10 £61,534 – £64,691 per annum pro rata. Actual salary: £36,920.40 - £38,814.60 per annum. Start Date: January 2026 (earlier start dates considered). Closing date: 12 noon on 8 October 2025. Selection/Interview: 17 October 2025.
