You will be responsible for creating and implementing UK pricing strategies that align with overall group objectives to enhance profitability. The ideal candidate will have experience in pricing strategy, sales controlling, and managing cross-functional collaborations. This role offers a competitive salary and a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work three days in the office and two days from home.

Our client is seeking a motivated and commercially driven Pricing Manager -UK to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales profitability and efficiency through a consistent, strategic pricing approach. You will collaborate closely with Sales Managers, Business Development, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with both UK and Group objectives. This is a key role that combines strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and strong cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a small team and a strong pricing knowledge.
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, hybrid 3 / 2 days, pension 10%, 25 days annual leave plus Christmas closed, private medical, plus others.
