A leading premium spirits company is seeking a Prestige Sales Manager for the London On-Trade. This influential role involves managing the On-Trade team, delivering P&L goals, and building relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the UK luxury drinks market, strong leadership skills, and a successful track record in commercial management. As Prestige Sales Manager for the London On-Trade, you will take full ownership of your region’s commercial performance, leading a talented team to deliver exceptional results. You’ll collaborate closely with UK and global stakeholders to provide insight, identify growth opportunities, and implement solutions that enhance profitability, brand presence, and consumer engagement.
This is a highly influential role where you will manage your own SOE and P&L, while driving the development, training, and performance of your team.
Day to day you will be responsible for the following:
You’re an experienced commercial manager with a proven track record of building and managing key partnerships. You know the UK luxury drinks market inside and out—both on-trade and off-trade—and you bring great commercial awareness to everything you do. On top of that, you understand consumer behavior and premium brand building, and you have the interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to inspire confidence both internally and externally.
Leading and motivating high-performing, cross-functional teams is second nature to you, and you’re just as comfortable working independently with pace and integrity. You’ve coached and developed others successfully, and you thrive on driving results with a proactive, action-oriented approach.Numbers and data don’t intimidate you—in fact, you’re curious about them—and you’re proficient with CRM tools.
