Overview

We are seeking a Press Brake Operator for our client in Redditch. This role focuses on operating press brake machinery to produce sheet metal components accurately and efficiently. No machine setting required, you will work with pre‑set machines.

Hours

Monday to Friday 1 pm‑9 pm or 2 pm‑10 pm for the first 4 weeks of employment and will then change to day shift 8:30 am‑5:30 pm Monday to Friday.

Contract

Temp to perm.

Responsibilities
  • Operate press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal parts.
  • Follow work instructions and ensure components meet quality standards.
  • Handle materials safely and maintain a clean working area.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets.
