This is an excellent opportunity for a forward-thinking Pharmacist Prescriber who wants to play a key role in developing pharmacy services within a supportive primary care environment.

The pharmacy team is well established and collaborative, creating a positive setting for professional growth and shared learning.

The role is varied and evolving, offering flexibility, clinical autonomy, and opportunities to develop specialist interests such as long-term condition management.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role with no weekend working, providing a consistent schedule and excellent work–life balance.

You’ll work closely with GPs and wider healthcare professionals to improve medicines optimisation, patient outcomes, and overall service delivery.
