A leading co-educational day school in London is seeking a Prep Office Assistant to provide administrative support. The role involves pupil welfare, first aid, and basic financial tasks within a vibrant environment. Working hours are Monday to Friday during term-time, offering a salary range of £18,000 - £19,000 and a benefits package. Bancroft’s, one of the country’s leading co-educational day schools, are looking for an enthusiastic Prep Office Assistant.
This is an exciting administrative opportunity to work in a vibrant and supportive environment. Working as part of a team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the school, including pupil welfare, basic financial tasks, and general office duties reporting to the Prep Office Manager.
The role includes responsibility for administering first aid to the pupils, aged 7-11 years, and supporting low level financial operations.
The post is Term-time, including Inset days (34 weeks) plus 10 days to be worked during the school holidays. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 2.30pm with half an hour’s unpaid lunch.
The role will be office based. Some flexibility to occasionally work to cover early morning/after school supervision, Parents’ Evenings and Open Mornings would be beneficial.
The salary range for the role will be £18,000 - £19,000 (actual salary).
