• Position : Premises Manager (Senior Support Staff).
• Sector : Leading Independent Day School.
• Location : Bath (South West).
• Start Date : Permanent full-time role commencing January 2026.

The Premises Manager is responsible for the operational management of the campus ensuring all services are delivered safely and effectively particularly in relation to the historic city location.

Core Responsibilities & Scope

• Operational Management : Leading the site team managing daily schedules key holding and responding to operational issues across the site.
• H&S and Compliance : Full responsibility for site security fire safety and ensuring all necessary statutory and insurance checks are completed promptly.
• Maintenance Oversight : Implementing planned and reactive maintenance programmes and supervising external specialist contractors.

Compensation & Benefits

• Contract : Full‑Time Permanent (52 weeks per year).
• Salary Range : Highly competitive salary (ranging from 45000 - 55000 per annum).
