We have an excellent opportunity for a Pre-construction Manager to join an established main contractor based in Cardiff. The business has built a reputation for delivering excellent construction projects across South Wales, undertaking projects across the commercial, healthcare, education and residential sectors valuing up to £20mil.

About the role of Pre-Construction Manager :

As Pre-Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Estimators, Bid Writers and Proposals Co-Ordinators. You will be managing the bid process, working closely with senior leadership to target projects which support the wider businesses growth plans. You will also be instrumental in developing and maintaining bid strategy.

• Oversee preparation and submitting of bids
