Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychological assessments and develop formulations with children, families, and the multidisciplinary team (MDT).
  • Deliver evidence‑based psychological interventions as outlined in care and treatment plans.
  • Partner with Hill side staff to ensure plans are applied in practice and staff are supported to meet children’s needs.
  • Utilise research and evaluation skills to inform service development.
