Bradford Children and Families Trust is seeking 3 experienced and motivated Practice Supervisors to join the East Children & Families Team. This is a key leadership opportunity for practice experts who are passionate about developing high-quality social work practice and supporting staff to achieve the best outcomes for children, adolescents, and families. 💙

Key Purpose of the Role :

• ✨ Work closely with the Principal Social Worker to influence, develop, and embed high-quality practice across the team
• 🧠 Act as a practice leader, modelling excellent social work standards and restorative practice
• 🎓 Lead and support ASYE social workers and student social workers, including supervision, mentoring, assessment, and panel attendance
• 📈 Support the Team Manager with team performance, quality assurance, and workforce development

Main Responsibilities :

• 👥 Practice Leadership & Quality Assurance
• Be a practice expert and consultant on complex cases involving children, adolescents, and their families
• Model and embed restorative practice across the service
• Quality assure assessments, plans, and reports, including court work
• Lead complex assessments and support others to develop analytical and risk management skills
