St Marys Surgery in Ely took over the contract to provide General Practice Services at Priors Field Surgery,Sutton from 1st April. We are looking for a Practice Nurse to join our friendly, multidisciplinary team andhelp deliver high-quality care in Sutton.

Main duties of the job

As a Practice Nurse, you will play an essential role in the delivery of patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting general nursing duties such as immunizations, wound care, and health assessments.
  • Chronic disease management e.g. diabetes, hypertension, asthma.
  • Cervical screening, and vaccinations.
  • Supporting the clinical team with minor illness assessments.
  • Health promotion and patient education.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records in line with practice protocols.

Based primarily in Sutton, with occasional clinics and meetings in Ely.
