Job summary

A leading construction consultancy in Colchester is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to enhance the operational efficiency of the practice. This role requires managing HR functions, maintaining compliance with policies, and supporting financial analysis. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across the Practice.
  • Experience in HR functions including recruitment and onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer HR functions and recruitment.
  • Build and maintain relationships across offices in London, Colchester, and Norwich.
  • Analyze financial data and report using Practice Management Software.
