Reporting into the Area Manager, the Pharmacy Practice Manager role involves leading patient care and commercial aspects, managing the pharmacy team, and ensuring excellent patient experience and compliance with standards.

The role includes team coaching, development, and maintaining high standards of customer service, safety, and clinical governance.

Rota:

Week 1: Saturday 09:00 - 20:00, Monday 09:00 - 18:00, Thursday 09:00 - 20:00, Friday 09:00 - 20:00

Week 2: Saturday 09:00 - 20:00, Monday 09:00 - 18:00, Thursday 09:00 - 20:00, Friday 09:00 - 20:00

Ideal candidates will be fully qualified pharmacists registered with the GPhC, experienced in NHS and private healthcare services, capable of balancing managerial and clinical duties, and skilled in team motivation and problem-solving.

Applicants must possess a valid GPhC registration, right to work in the UK, and relevant safeguarding qualifications. A DBS check and enrollment in the update service are also required.
