For this role we are looking for candidates who are registered paramedics, holding a Degree level qualification in Paramedic Science.

Thisis a full-time role, working 37 hours per week.

Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare.

Day to day duties
  • High-quality, innovative teaching, learning, assessment, and internal moderation across a range of vocational and work-based learning courses.
  • Assessing upon a range of accredited programmes across Health and Social Care, as required, delivering the aims of students.
  • To course lead vocational and work-based learning programme(s) of study for learners in the Health and Social Care division, ensuring high levels of achievement.
Required skills and qualifications
  • Registered Paramedic.
  • Degree level qualification in Paramedic Science.
  • Working knowledge of the Health and Social Care industry, specifically within the Health sector.
  • Teaching Qualification*

*All candidates for teaching posts must possess a recognised Teaching Qualification or be prepared to gain this Qualification within the first three years of service, with the assistance of the College.
