A leading healthcare organization in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Health Care Assistant/Health Care Support Worker to join their developing team. This role involves conducting work-based training and competency assessments across multiple homes. You will be trained to deliver practical moving and handling sessions and facilitate Care Certificate assessments. The position requires flexible shift patterns, including potential nights and weekends. Full training will be provided to ensure all staff have access to necessary training opportunities.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Health Care Assistant/Health Care Support Worker to join a developing team working in healthcare training and education.
You will be assigned a group of homes within LV Care Group in which you will rotate inbetween to carry out work‑based training and competency assessments. This will include but not be limited to moving and handling practical training and assessments; Care Certificate assessments. Full training will be given.
These days may not be consecutive and will be based on business need (it could include nights and weekend working on occasion). You will be expected to work various shift patterns to ensure that all staff have access to training and assessment opportunities.
