With a proven ability to generate real commercial advantage for clients, the agency operates across corporate, consumer, trade and technical PR, alongside content, social and search.

The Role

As Account Director, you'll lead by example – delivering exceptional work while managing and mentoring a team that includes a Senior Account Manager and two Account Managers. • A proven track record in delivering strategic and tactical communications campaigns

• Exceptional writing, editing and media relations skills

• A solid understanding of integrated communications, including digital, social and SEO

• Demonstrated team management and leadership experience

• Strong commercial awareness and account management skills

• Confidence in building senior client relationships and offering trusted counsel

• The ability to manage multiple deadlines while staying detail-focused and results-driven

Your Day-to-Day

• Lead client strategy and execution across high-profile B2B and corporate accounts

• Deliver projects and campaigns on time and within budget

• Build lasting client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth

• Mentor, support and develop junior team members

• Actively participate in agency marketing, thought leadership and new business activity

• Contribute to the agency’s own brand visibility through content and networking

• Keep up with news, trends and opportunities to ensure work remains current and impactful

Clients You’ll Work With

The agency works with a wide range of respected brands across sectors including property, retail, professional services, financial services, manufacturing and tech.

Why Join This Agency?

This is an opportunity to join a values-led business with a strong culture of collaboration, development and performance. The team is ambitious yet supportive, and the environment encourages growth, creativity and curiosity.

Benefits & Perks:

• Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses

• Hybrid working model (3 days in the office)

• £1,000 annual personal training and development budget
