Job Description

  1. Oversee and manage daily accounting operations within the department.
  2. Accruals and prepayments.
  3. Balance sheet and inter-company reconciliations.
  4. Service charge reporting and assisting with service charge year-end closure.
  5. Prepare monthly and annual management accounts.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  8. Liaise with internal teams to ensure financial transparency.
  9. Develop financial strategies to support company goals.
  10. Comply with all financial regulations and standards.
  11. Assist in the annual auditing process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Management Accountant should have:

  1. Experience in a similar role.
  2. Service charge and property experience essential.
  3. Studier of ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent.
  4. A self-starter, who wants to join an established successful team and add value.
  5. A strong understanding of financial and management accounting principles.
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Strong and confident communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
