Job description
Overview

A one-form entry Primary school in Enfield is looking for a PPA Teacher to cover PPA time across all year groups. This role will be ideal for someone who is available Monday to Friday from September 2022 until the end of the Academic Year. The school is a happy and inclusive school and has been known for providing their staff with excellent training and development opportunities.

The chosen candidate must be able to completely commit to the role as consistency is key.

Qualifications
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Excellent knowledge of KS1 and KS2 curriculum
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging, interactive and child‑centred lessons that cater for the needs and different learning styles of all children
  • Ability to be flexible, proactive and creative
  • Ability to manage children’s behaviour effectively
  • Ability to engage and motivate children with SEN
  • Ability to work with the class teachers, the support staff and the inclusion manager
  • Ability to commit for the whole academic year
  • Happy to complete training to further develop knowledge and understanding in education
  • Enhanced child DBS certificate or willing to complete one
