Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Support Worker leading support for people with complex needs.
• Willingness to work towards a Level 4 Diploma in Adult Health & Social Care.
• Knowledge of Makaton is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of PBS Support Workers centred around a customer with complex presentation.
• Support customers with all aspects of daily living in a person-centred way.
• Plan and oversee complex support for customers displaying behaviours of concern.

Skills

Experience in CQC-regulated services

Ability to drive a vehicle

Experience of positive risk management

Education

Level 4 Diploma in Adult Health & Social Care or equivalent
