These roles require proven experience delivering telecoms site deployment projects and the ability to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of site deployment projects, from scoping to operational handover.
  • Maintain portfolio oversight, ensuring cost, time, scope, and quality targets are met.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multi-site programmes.
  • Provide leadership and coordination to delivery teams, ensuring high performance.
  • Oversee suppliers and contractors, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Technology, and Support teams.
  • Manage customer escalations and communications effectively.
  • Support continuous improvement and process development within the delivery function.
Role Specific Requirements

  • Experience delivering outdoor small cell, macro cell, or street-level telecoms deployments.
  • Strong understanding of permitting, wayleave processes, NRSWA, and street works regulations.
  • Knowledge of RF planning, outdoor site design, civils works, and power/fibre requirements.
  • Comfortable managing deployments in public or highway environments.
Indoor Cells Portfolio Manager (Contract)
  • Experience delivering indoor small cell, DAS, or in-building network deployments.
  • Knowledge of in-building RF design, cabling, power/cooling, and installation constraints.
  • Experience working with building management, landlords, and internal wayleave processes.
  • Able to manage delivery in operational or occupied buildings with minimal disruption.
Skills and Experience (Applicable to Both Roles)
  • Proven experience managing complex telecoms or technology deployments.
  • Strong commercial awareness with budgeting, forecasting, and supplier management experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Highly organised, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
