Overview

We are creating a pool of Junior and Senior Non Key Experts for the EU-Circular Economy and Water Facility project. Experts in this pool will be contacted during the implementation of the project when the need arises. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Analyse and develop circular economy policies, strategies, and action plans.
  • Support policy dialogue with governments, institutions, and EU Delegations.
  • Conduct assessments of legislative and institutional frameworks.
  • Draft policy briefs, guidelines, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Policy, Public Policy, Economics, Sustainability Studies, or related fields.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in circular economy policy development or environmental policy reform.
  • Minimum 3 years working with government ministries, public institutions, or international cooperation programmes.
  • Experience drafting policy frameworks, regulatory analyses, or strategies.
Skills
  • Strong understanding of circular economy systems, regulatory instruments, and EU policy principles.
  • Ability to prepare high-quality policy documents and present recommendations to stakeholders.
Languages
  • Excellent command of English (required).
  • French or Spanish desirable.
