Polish Speaking -Part-Time Care Professional (Long Hours) - Stanmore (UK APPLICANTS ONLY)

Our visits always last for at least an hour and our award‑winning training ensures that our Care Professionals deliver only the best care. We match our Care Professionals to our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to build bonds of trust and enable us to provide personalised support. Companionship Services:

• Offer companionship and conversation.
• Stimulate and encourage through a variety of activities (for example clothing selection, hobbies, and crafts).
• Accompany to appointments and social events (for example visiting friends or family, lunch, club meetings).

Home Help Services:

• Performing light housekeeping tasks (dusting, vacuuming, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, washing and ironing, taking out rubbish, caring for houseplants, etc.).
• Organise and tidy cupboards, check food expiry dates and shopping.
• Knowledge about good food safety and ability to cook a variety of meals from raw ingredients.
• Assist with pet care.

Personal Care:

• Help with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help with continence care.
• Consider and understand the point of view of the person with Dementia/Alzheimer.
• Assist with Morning and Evening routine.
• Ability to listen, communicate clearly and build relationships with clients and their families in a friendly and pleasant manner.
• Respect for people with different backgrounds and beliefs and commitment to non‑discriminatory care practice.
• Excellent timekeeper who is organised and reliable.
• Good hygiene practice, including personal hygiene and a smart appearance.
• This role will require you to obtain an Enhanced Disclosure from the relevant body.
• Class 1 business insurance (if using own car for business purposes) or reliable transport.

• Resident in UK.
• All Right to Work documents available.
• All benefits.
• Care experience preferred.
