Policy Servicing & Transactions Administrator

Our client is strengthening a fast-moving operations team and is looking for an administrator who takes pride in getting the detail right. This role sits behind the scenes of customer-facing services, ensuring policy changes and transactions are processed smoothly and compliantly!

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Support the servicing of unit-linked policies, including premium changes, switches, surrenders, and client queries.
  • Process customer instructions accurately and in line with service standards and deadlines.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, intermediaries, and internal teams via phone and email.
  • Perform KYC and due diligence reviews for individual and corporate clients, including trigger events.
  • Ensure adherence to AML, audit, and regulatory requirements, escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Update customer records and identify data gaps, obtaining further information when required.
  • Contribute to risk and issue reporting and support operational improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with testing of system updates and support projects as directed by management.
