A local government body is seeking a candidate to support the Volunteer Police Cadet Scheme. The successful applicant will plan and deliver events, assist volunteers, and manage cadet processes. Candidates should have experience working with young people and in operational planning. This full-time position may require evening and weekend work.
Location: Southern Support and Training HQ, Netley
Hours: Full time, 37.00 hours per week

The successful candidate will support aims and objectives of the Volunteer Police Cadet Scheme. You will plan, prepare and deliver regional and national operations events involving the Volunteer Police Cadets and you will provide support to volunteers by developing scheme content including training, events, partnerships. This role will involve working in the evening and weekend working, and ideally the candidate will hold a full UK driving license.

Educated to QCF Level 3 OR work experience deemed to have brought the post holder to a comparable level.
Experience of working with young people.
Experience of large operation planning and management.
