Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery within a secure defence environment
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with programme goals
• Apply ITIL best practices to support structured service management
• Contribute to business analysis tasks to help shape project requirements and outcomes
• Ensure compliance with governance, risk management, and reporting processes
• Support ongoing planning and forecasting in line with long-term programme objective

Qualifications

• Active DV Clearance (Developed Vetting – essential)
• Proven experience as a Project Manager within defence or highly secure/government environments
• Exposure to or experience performing Business Analyst responsibilities
• Strong understanding of ITIL practices and structured delivery frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, security-focused environment
