Responsibilities

• Schedule job cards for external engineering teams.
• Handle technical calls from both business and residential customers.
• Manage workloads using the in-house scheduling system.
• Respond promptly to customer emails and enquiries.
• Book parts and liaise with suppliers.
• Oversee stock control and manage new parts arriving into the business.
• Process invoices accurately.
• Prepare and manage new quotes.
