Job Title: Plumbing Assessor

Location: Worksop

Contract: Temporary (until June 2026)

Rate: Dependent on experience

Hours: 15 hours per week (2 days)

Our Client is seeking an experienced and motivated Plumbing Assessor to join their team in Worksop. This is an exciting opportunity to support and develop the next generation of plumbing and heating professionals.

You will assess plumbing and gas-related aspects of plumbing and heating for apprentices, both within the college and in workplace settings. Working closely with employers and supervisors, you will review apprentice progress and provide tailored support to prepare learners for their End Point Assessment (EPA).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess plumbing and gas work across college and workplace environments.
  • Conduct progress reviews with apprentices and employers/supervisors.
  • Support learners in preparing for End Point Assessment (EPA).
  • Maintain accurate assessment records and reports.
  • Contribute to high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment standards.
Requirements:
  • A recognised Assessor's Award.
  • Professional qualification in plumbing and gas.
  • Experience teaching and/or assessing plumbing and heating apprentices.
  • Excellent organisational and workload management skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
