• Qualified City & Guilds or NVQ level 2.
• 6 or fewer points on licence.

• Carrying out maintenance works and servicing our clients properties.
• Installing bathrooms and kitchens.
• Replacing immersion tanks and immersion heaters.
• Locating and repairing hot and cold water bursts.
• Excavating the ground to repair cold water supplies and drainage systems.
