Overview

Plumbers for Domestic Repairs – RH postcode area. Current labour achieving an average of 42 to 45k in normal hours; higher achievers up to 55k. VW vans, uniform, training, extensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

Medium sized repairs and maintenance work in private domestic properties. Successful plumbers will work in the RH area, depending on where you live. This is a permanent, full-time position with the possibility to grow within the company.

Schedule and pay

The call-out rota is 1 week in 12 at 150 per weekend and OT hourly rate. The current labour average is around 40 to 50k with very little out of hours to reach that. Rotas are planned up to 3 months ahead, typically 1 Saturday per month and occasional Sunday.

Qualifications and requirements

Experience within this role is essential. Plumbers must hold a plumbing qualification and have a clean driving licence. A DBS check is required. Higher rates are considered for plumbers with more advanced qualifications, experience and broader skill sets.
