Plumber – Hertfordshire (Minimal London Travel)

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Overtime + On-Call + Van

Hours: Mon-Fri | 40 Hours | Flexible Start (6am-6pm)

What you'll do

With a growing team and new division, you'll be joining at just the right time to shape your future, with potential to move into Lead or Supervisor roles as the division scales.

Responsibilities

• Support a contract covering pubs, bars, and restaurants with general plumbing tasks.
• Confident in general plumbing repairs, maintenance & installations.
• Collaborate with a growing team and take on opportunities to progress into lead or supervisor roles as the division expands.

What you'll need

• Experienced Commercial or Domestic Plumber
• Confident in general plumbing repairs, maintenance & installations
• Full UK Driving Licence
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)

What's on offer

• £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary (DOE)
• 1 in 12 on-call rota (moving to 1 in 16): £100 standby, 4-hour minimum call-out pay, door-to-door pay when on call
• Flexible hours between 6am-6pm
• Paid travel after the first 30 minutes
• Company van + fuel card (personal use allowed – up to 10 miles/day free, then £0.45 per mile)
• Plenty of overtime available with new contracts
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays (increases by 1 day/year up to 28 + BH)
