A leading maintenance specialist in the UK is seeking a Plumber (Multi Trade) to carry out a variety of maintenance works. The role offers a salary between £35,000 to £45,000, depending on experience, along with a company van and fuel card. Ideal candidates will have a Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing and previous experience in social housing. This permanent role includes opportunities for progression and overtime.

• Participate in both reactive and planned maintenance.
• Perform kitchen fitting and bathroom installations/refurbs.

The Company

Working for a maintenance specialist who’s contracts are with local authorities within the SW & TW postcodes.

The Role

• Carpentry biased role carrying out Multi Trade works with the aim to deliver first time fix. This will be on a reactive or planned works basis. Works can include but not limited to: Kitchen Fitting, Bathroom installs / refurbs, and voids.

  All Plumbing maintenance works followed by necessary Multi Trade.

Skills & Experience

• Competent use of PDA & mobile devices
• Level 2 NVQ Plumbing
• Full UK Drivers License
• Social Housing experience (Preferred)
• Relevant industry qualifications

• Straight permanent offer with a salary of £35,000 – £42,000
