Responsibilities

• Effectuer des travaux préventifs et réactifs sur tous les systèmes de plomberie.
• Servir et maintenir les systèmes d'eau chaude et froide, la tuyauterie et les sanitaires.
• Identifier et réparer les fuites de manière efficace.

Maintenance Plumber – Static Site – Portsmouth (Gunwharf Quays)

We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Maintenance Plumber to join the team on a well-maintained static site at Gunwharf Quays Shopping Centre in Portsmouth.

• Up to £38,000 basic salary
• Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week, flexible shifts between 06:00–18:00
• 1-in-8 call out rota / weekend duty rota
• Free on-site parking

Day-to-day duties will include:

• Carrying out PPMs and reactive works on all plumbing systems
• Servicing and maintaining hot and cold-water systems, pipework, sanitary ware, and drainage
• Unblocking sinks, toilets, and drains
• Identifying and repairing leaks
• Basic fault finding and minor mechanical maintenance tasks
• Working in plant rooms and communal areas
• Supporting other engineers as part of the wider on-site maintenance team

What you’ll need:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
• Experience working in a commercial or facilities maintenance environment
• Strong understanding of H&S and compliance requirements
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Full UK driving licence preferred (not essential for this static role)
