The right PLC Control Engineer Professional will support the site's maintenance team (Controls / Technically) within a purpose-built automation site-based environment.

Responsibilities
  • To support the PLC technical repairs
  • Prioritise system faults.
  • Error management
  • Technical fault management, controller and communications to the wider network.
  • Adhering to agreed communication and fault management processes.
  • Identifying any process failures and escalating as required
  • Targeting maintenance activities as identified via the EIS / SCADA data analysis
  • Root-cause analysis of faults using industry-recognised tools
  • Rectification and prevention of issues
  • Experience with Siemens S7, ProfNet, Profibus, and Ladder
Qualifications
  • ONC-HNC-HND qualified engineering OR BSc, or MSc
  • Electrical control system experience
  • Site-Based FMCG works / experiences.
