A leading independent school in Cardiff is seeking a creative Play Leader to join their Primary team on a part-time basis. The role involves leading play activities and supporting classroom learning. The Cathedral School Llandaff, Cardiff’s leading independent school for girls and boys, seeks to appoint a creative and inspirational Play Leader to join the Primary team on a permanent basis.
Hours of work: 11.15am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. If interested in working either 11.15am to 1.30pm, or 3.15pm to 6.00pm, the role may be split to accommodate these hours. This is a part-time, term-time role (approximately 35 weeks per year) with a salary of £16,134 per annum (actual).
Lunch is provided daily for all staff free of charge. You are entitled to 4 weeks’ paid holiday (pro rata), to be taken during school holidays, plus Bank/Public Holidays. Staff are enrolled in an auto-enrolment pension scheme. The Wellbeing Committee supports staff welfare, and all staff have access to a gym, plus weekly yoga and pilates sessions.
